My mother was here for Rehab and then readmitted for end of life care. The nurses and support staff were caring and attentive. The staff arranged a care team meeting to keep us updated on her progress, which was much appreciated. Her nursing aide went above and beyond to help keep her comfortable during her last days. When she was able to eat she liked the food.

Absolutely the rudest staff I''ve ever met. Actually hung up on me when I tried to leave a message for a resident. 5 stars compared to the MA average of 3.27 and a National average of 3.12. 5 stars compared to the MA average of 3.81 and a National average of 3.33.
I'm not saying that Nurse Rachet is all bad but I wish I had not been there when she was there. It's so hard to see my mother dying and be told to shut up by mother when there are things that you just can't ignore. But, that kind of character flaw really has no place in a setting like a rehab facility.
